I have a lovely room available in my home, perfect for someone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live. The bedroom is spacious enough for a queen-size bed and features a built-in wardrobe and cupboards. It's located on the ground floor and includes a large en-suite bathroom with a double shower. The bathroom also houses the washing machine, which I would need access to, but otherwise, it's all yours!

Directly outside the bedroom door, there's an open space available for you to use however you like. You could set up a desk or add any personal touches you wish. I'm super easygoing and more than happy for you to add anything you'd like to the house.

The kitchen offers extensive storage, and you have full use of all appliances—just please be respectful and keep things tidy. The house also provides secure off-road parking, and there's an additional shared parking spot in front of the house for your friends or guests.

The rent is $300 per week without bills or $390 all bills are included (internet is $110 monthly, quarterly the bills are around $1000) , its including high-speed NBN internet. You'll have your own Wi-Fi network, and the house is equipped with instant hot water.

Guests and partners are welcome to stay over. However, if your partner stays regularly, we can discuss any additional costs for bills. Shared maintenance of the front and back garden is expected between us.

I have a friendly dog who stays by my side or on my floor and doesn't enter the other bedroom or bathroom. She's a great guard dog and loves a good pat! If you have a dog, I'm open to welcoming another furry friend, provided they meet first. There would be an extra deposit for any potential damages, but rest assured, this is a very pet-friendly home.
