- 7 minute drive to Brighton Beach.
- 18 minute drive to Adelaide CBD.
The bedroom available is approx 3.5m X 4m, the bedroom has a built in robe and can either come unfurnished, or with some basic furniture (queen or double bed, study desk, basic freestanding cupboard)
By negotiation;
There's space to have two completely separate living areas.
There's gym equipment in one of the two livingrooms (Half-Rack, Bench, Free Weights, Barbell, assorted single Kettlebells, and a Rowing machine).
Currently there's a spare bedroom setup for guests, this could be a common room for guests.
