Three-bedroom home with 3 good-sized bedroom(s). I'm looking for another person to rent the spare bedroom which is unfurnished 😊
The bedroom available for rent is a good size (difficult to see in the attached photos due to th angle of photo). The room is large enough for a double/queen bed and cupboard(s).
There is good lighting in the bedroom with a large window.
The other spare bedroom has a queen bed, desk and storage space. That can be used for WFH or storage.
Large backyard/low maintenance courtyard.
Internet available for $30 per month

Close to public transport to the city (bus/tram).
Parking is available at the house.
There is an garage. That can be used for a car or storage space. There is enough room for two cars at the front of the property.
