I'm looking for a new housemate for my apartment in Prospect, really good location close to transport and shops. I'm pretty easy going, clean and tidy around the house.
The room comes fully furnished with king single bed, bedside table and a big wardrobe, it could fit a small desk in as well if needed. Ceiling fan only, there is air conditioning/heating in the lounge and when on, the flow goes directly in the room.
