Comfortable Home with Garden and Natural Light – One Furnished Room Available For Three Months (Jan - Mar 2025)
Please note the price is per person. $230 for singles, $460 for a couple. This includes all bills :).
We have one furnish bedroom available in a house with plenty of natural light and floorboards throughout. The house is well-insulated and has a reliable heating and cooling system to keep things comfortable year-round.
There’s a modern bathroom with a good-sized bath, plus a second toilet outside. The kitchen may be small, but it has a great oven for cooking and there's a small coffee machine you can use.
In the lounge, you can relax in our very own massage chair, or head outside to a large garden filled with trees. We have chickens, so there are always fresh eggs! We also have a bouldering wall out the back.
The house is in a great neighbourhood. There’s a park at the end of the street, and we’re just a couple of blocks from Prospect Road, which has cafes, restaurants, and a cinema.
The rooms are ideal for friends, or a couple. If you're a couple, looking for one room, the rent will still be per person. Feel free to reach out to come see the place :).
