Description of the home
The property is quite large, over 2200sqm with a stunning winter creek running through it. There is always the sound of birds Inc kookaburras, lorikeets and magpies singing in the background, as well as the occasional possum or koala that visits. It is a very private property with a 36m long driveway with heavy steel gates at the end providing security. There is off and on street parking. Tea tree plaza and the Obahn\interchange are only a 700m walk down the road. There is a bus stop just a couple houses away and the city is an easy 16klm commute. There is a rotunda surrounded by lush gardens and a fish pond with cascading waterfall if U want somewhere serene to find your zen, space to read a book or work on your laptop while you breathe in nature. There is a Vine covered space with a BBQ if you want to grill up a storm. There's plenty to do if you enjoy gardening or a space could be set aside if you'd like your own vegetable patch etc. There is an additional area I'm working on near the creek, a built in bbq I'm restoring and an area being cleared for camping with a small stone campfire. The house has wireless internet provided. The TV currently has Stan, Paramount, Netflix and Disney subscriptions.
