Hello! I am 40F along with my housemate 28M looking for a 3rd housemate. We live in a large 4 bedroom house in Torrensville. We are located near Brickworks Shopping Centre and Henly Beach Road. There are also several bus lines nearby. We are pretty chill and quiet looking for someone similar, but social as well.
We are looking for a housemate who is clean, doesn't smoke/vape, and is comfortable living with a cat and a dog. Unfortunately, no other pets are allowed.
The room is $250 per week plus bills. The room is currently available.
