Hello! I am 40F along with my housemate 52M looking for a 3rd housemate. The room is only available until the end of the year. So this is a short term rental. We live in a large house in Torrensville. We are located near Brickworks Shopping Centre and Henly Beach Road. There are also several bus lines nearby. We are pretty chill and quiet looking for someone similar, but social as well.
We are looking for a housemate who is clean, doesn't smoke/vape, and is comfortable living with a cat and a dog. Unfortunately, no other pets are allowed.
