All housemates are aged between 20-34, most are currently studying at either University of Adelaide or Uni SA. Some of them work night shifts and some work during the day, because of this, there is usually only a few people in the house at a time. Everyone is quite busy and is in and out of the house a lot of the time.
Compatible people
Important qualities for a flatmate sharing a large house such as this is
- cleanliness
- clear communication
- friendliness

There are quite a lot of people in one household, so particularly for this house, it runs best when everyone is respectful and understanding of each other’s space.
There is a WhatsApp group for all the housemates where we can talk and discuss if there are any problems in the house to be fixed. The chat is fairly active and most housemates are willing to help you out if you need anything.

This is not a party house but housemates are friendly and open, there are some times for sitting down and having a chat over a meal together.
