Description of the home

Secure courtyard home opposite a peaceful reserve with BBQ and playground facilities. Walking trails and creek closeby. Close to bus stop, which is located 10-minutes from Paradise Interchange. Two shopping centres within 5 minute drive. Have exterior security cameras, ducted heating and cooling as well as solar and battery, so I don't mind keeping it on.

Am a single parent with two girls 6 and 12 and I work from home. I am tidy but not a neat freak (it's impossible with kids). I have a dog and two cats all very friendly. Dog is a kelpie/shepherd. Dog in only allowed inside when supervised. Do not smoke or take drugs. Also, no males in the home for overnight stays. I do not have people over often/entertain.
