Hello I am a middle age straight female. The house is an updated 1930's double fronted bungalow. Your room is at the front of the house next to the open plan kitchen, living and dining area. . There is a hallway to the rear of the house with a separate toilet and bathroom. I also use the 2 single bedrooms at the rear, as a bedroom and the other as a study so you will have a lot of personal privacy. There is a large rear yard on a very quiet be beautiful tree lined street. I work part time and also study. It is a quiet house, I don't throw parties etc. My interests are Art, music and architecture. It has a large fridge dishwasher draw and fully furnished.

Older style double fronted renovated house with a dishwasher, air con and heating, the available Master is at the front of the house. You will be sharing with just me, 50 year old female and no one else, my room is at the rear of the house so you will feel very private. The house is fully furnished with nice furniture, open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. Equipped with washing machine, dryer, large backyard and a very quiet street.i pay for a fortnightly gardener so no yard work needs to be done. I also have a cleaner for 2 hours per week who does the vacuuming bathroom etc so only picking up after yourself is the only cleaning you'll need to do. This is included in the rent as well as the gardener.
