Looking for a housemate to share a clean & comfy home on McCrae Street, just a short walk from the hospital.

The rent is $470 per fortnight ($235 p/w) + bills (internet, water, gas, electricity). You will be on the lease so real estate approval is also required. The lease is until February 2026, so I am looking for someone to stay until then Happy to work out a deal where you pay less if you're only here a few days a week.

Also in the house is Dobby, my 13-year-old cat. He’s sweet but not keen on other pets, so unfortunately, no additional animals.

Bills and expenses

Gas, electricity, water, internet bills divided evenly between you and i. Costs vary but our electricity bill seems to be quite low, internet $45 each per month. Gas can be a bit higher in winter due to hearing. Happy to go over costs in further detail if required.
