Owner is recently divorced and looking for someone who is interested in negotiating a significantly lower rent in return for taking on maintenance jobs around the home, ie regular lawn/yard maintenance and helping with odd jobs/tasks that need doing. Happy to negotiate a fixed reduced rent amount in exchange for X hrs work, additionally happy to include bills and meals in the negotiations.
