3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse in Albany Creek.

I’m a female police officer with State Flying Squad. I’m away a lot of the time so you would be sharing with just one other person most of the time.

Your room is furnished with a Queen bed/mattress (can be unfurnished if required). Please supply your own linen.

There is a large built in double wardrobe as pictured with mirrored doors.

The room is air conditioned and there is a ceiling fan installed.

There is a bathroom/toilet which you will share with another female (civilian) tenant which I have lived with for years. There is also an additional separate toilet as well.

There is garage parking (small car only) and off street parking outside the complex across the road.

The living room/ kitchen is air-conditioned.

There are two fridge/freezers, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

There is a pool onsite as pictured. Pizza oven, BBQ and fireplace in a large entertaining space.

I have a friendly dog however I’m not accepting of any other pets (fish accepted within your room). My main intention of having tenants is to assist with my dogs care while I’m away.

Non smokers/vapers only.

$270 per week, plus electricity and water as they are billed.

Wifi and Netflix/streaming included.

We are two girls under 35. Respectful of shift work and night shift sleeping.

Bus stop out the front and Aldi across the road. Shopping village (Woolworths and coles In walking distance) pubs too!
