The house is fully furnished and so are the bedrooms. Bills are not included and will be split when they come in. Off street parking available in the complex. The place is 5 minutes walking distance from Coles, bus stop and Adderley train station. The bathroom is shared and there are two toilets separate to the main bathroom. All bedrooms are very large for a town house (smallest room for $170 is 3.6m by 2.9m) and both have black out curtains installed. There is a large back yard with lots of greenery to look at, with an undercover patio and clothes line. All white goods provided (washing machine, dryer, fridge). Air-conditioning in the downstairs lounge room area.
