Welcome to our lovely share house!
The room is in a large townhouse tucked away in the back of the complex. The room is very larg, unfurnished and could easily fit 2x queen size beds in it. The room comes with an allocated oudoor onsite car space. The house is 100m from Coles, 500m from Alderley train station and 100m to a main bus stop. There is one bathroom in the house, and 2 separate toilets (one upstairs and one downstairs). A spacious kitchen with Gas cooking and Dishwasher. The house has an internal laundry and air conditioning in living area only. Large Backyard with covered space and clothesline. Friendly and safe complex

The room will be available to move into on 20/12/2024. Weekly Rent- $217.50. Bond is 4x weeks rent - $870. If its a good fit, you'll need to pay the bond and 3 weeks’ rent up front. Bills are shared between all three flatmates equally as they come in (approx 20 to 30 a week total). Female only house.

Sorry, no pets. We already have 1 friendly Dog! Her name is Charlie and she is an 11 year old kelpie cross who sleeps most of the day but also loves pats and people. She's very sweet and you'll fall in love with her. Photos of her are included.
*Please note- the other main parts of the house are fully furnished, however another flatmate will be moving out in January/febuary 2025 as she is also relocating. Some items will need to be replaced when this happens.
