Welcome to our lovely share house!

We are seeking a female under 40 years old to join 2 other wonderful flatmates.

The 2 flatmates are aged within their early 30’s and both work full time, so we’d ideally like for another full time worker but are open to others.

We are not a party house and value cleanliness!

- Large unfurnished bedroom with built in wardrobe (There is a makeup table and pedestal fan in room can be purchased for $60 together)

- 1x allocated open parking space on site with this room
- Large Backyard with covered space and clothesline 
- 500m to Alderley Train Station, 100m to Bus stop, 290m to Coles. 
- Friendly and safe complex

The room will be available to move into on 20/12/2024.

Weekly Rent- $217.50 
Bond- $858.

Upon being accepted for the room, we require you to pay the bond and 3 weeks’ rent up front.

This split has formed due to where rent increases fell over the tenancy.

Current lease agreement ends AUGUST 2025, however very likely to renew as we have been renewing for 3 years now.
This is a very adorable, peaceful room which is located in a highly convenient position for any commute!

*Please note- the other main parts of the house are currently fully furnished, however another flatmate will be moving out in January/febuary 2025 as she is also relocating. You will need to work with the remaining flatmate to sort out contributions towards re-furnishing parts of the house as SOME furnished will be left behind by the vacating flatmate. *

Sorry, no pets. We already have 1 friendly Dog!
