The city is about 5 stops by train, and takes about 15 mins. Southbank is on the same line, so it’s close to Southbank restaurants, parks and entertainment Plenty of FREE street parking, too. Wooden floors, large ensuite for yourself, shared balcony, lots of trees around, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle.

I am considerate, clean and tidy, and respectful of others. I am interested in natural therapies, astrology, spirituality etc.
I enjoy going for walks along the river, or around the neighbourhood, and trying to be healthy :) I’m not a vegetarian. So this place won't suit a vegetarian. :)
There are lots of trees and birds around, and the place is away from the hustle and bustle. You can sit on the verandah to enjoy this, as it is elevated and breezy.
Looking for housemates who are friendly, easy-going, respectful, independent, considerate.
I go out for entertainment, and live quietly.
This place will suit a quiet-living, n/s professional, or post grad/ or student/s, or similar working, or travelling other/s.
Looking forward to hearing from you and meeting you. Ciao :)
