You have option to rent 1 or 2 rooms (one bedroom + second rm for office or creative space. The room is upstairs & has a sturdy Queen bed & bedside tables . You have option to keep it furnished/unfurnished. Your room has built in wardrobes with full length mirrors & aircon. The room may be a tad small for a dresser however the room next to it has plenty of space for a dresser should you want to extend into that room not a problem.

My house has own driveway you can park in or on street (we will just have to move our cars around depending on who is home). The bathroom is mostly your own however guests may use it when visiting. Bathroom is located right next to your room.

🏡 600m from both Alderley & Enogerra stations as well as nearby bus stops that go direct to QUT kelvin grove. Street has a cute cafe on the corner, 5 min walk to Coles, GYG, restaurants.
