Super central location - Located directly across from the local shopping center, not even 1 minute walk from bus stops and a ~5 minute drive from the nearest train station. 10 minutes from Alexandra Hills TAFE campus.

Two bedrooms are available in the lower half of our five-bedroom home - You will share an open laundry area, toilet, bathroom, and a separate kitchenette / living area with one other person.

The lower and upper floors of the house are separated - We won't come downstairs except to occasionally access garden maintenance tools that are stored in the laundry area, so you will be responsible for cleaning / maintenance of these spaces.

Utilities and high-speed wifi are included in the rent, which will be contracted on a month-by-month basis.

Basic furniture is already provided in the living space and bedrooms, with 1 King Size bed and 1 Double bed available.
Washing machine, fridge and other basic appliances are provided.

One covered and one uncovered off-street parking spaces available.

Bills and expenses

About occupants
A couple lives upstairs - One is a tradie and the other works PT, so someone is home at least 5/7 days a week. We're usually in bed by 9 and up by 5:30, so don't expect too much stomping around to keep you up at night!
Compatible people
We're quiet people, hoping for more quiet people to make use of the extra space that we have downstairs. Would suit an Alex Hills TAFE student or someone looking for short-term (<6 months) pre-furnished accommodation.
This is definitely an established home, not looking to turn downstairs into a party sharehouse, haha. Longer term is definitely available for the right person/people - Rent will be contracted on a month-to-month basis to see how everyone gets along.
