Room for rent

I am moving out as I have bought my own place and am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease which runs out in November this year (option to extend). Takeover from lease will be approximately 11 October.

Rent is currently $400 a week with bills on top split 50/50. Bond will be $1,600 for your share.

It is a three-story townhouse with plenty of space, great if you work from home sometimes. You will have the main bedroom (including ensuite and walk in robe), another room for office space, and access to a shared spare bedroom for additional storage. You will also get a secure park in the double garage (side-by-side parking), attached to the townhouse.

Kitchen and living areas are shared.

All bedrooms and the living areas are air conditioned.

A fortnightly cleaning roster is in place for the common areas.

I will be taking most of the furniture so if you have a fridge, washing machine, tv and couch added bonus! The room you will be taking is unfurnished.

You will be sharing with one person, a 30-year-old professional female, who is very friendly and respectful. She works from home 2 days a week.

It’s a great location, close to the Doomben train station (7 min walk), Woolworths (7 min walk) as well as some nice dining spots, like Racecourse Road and Portside.
