Fitter mature age laid back guy. Working full time. Ex sports player but still a keen follower. Also still a fitness and exercise enthusiast. (Reg recreational cycle and gym) Reliable, clean, respectful. A little ADD perhaps? But I do know how to clean up after myself. So you definitely will need to as well. ( IE: Leave it as clean and tidy as you found it) Otherwise.. I'm a no drama, no fuss, no bs, guy. Just looking for someone with similar 'domestic' traits .
I'm very supportive when needed. Honest, open, and friendly. But do value my 'me' quiet and personal space time. And respect others needs for the same. So I'm not a party person, or a house full of mates/friends person. 2 at home, with a visitor or family ocassionally dropping in is fine. However, ultimately home to me is rest, tranquilty, and a private safe space. A time to unwind and relax after perhaps a not so good day? So if this isn't your ideal? Then 'here' is probably not for you.
A permanent full time employed person preferred. Maybe suitable for 'some' WFH senarios? But would need discussion. Your being suited to co-habitate here is not age related at all.
