The house is very cute. 8 minute walk to the Auchenflower train station.
Four bedroom, two bathrooms. Kitchen is a decent size and we have a lovely balcony/deck that overlooks the garden. We have two fridges, one located in the kitchen and other downstairs. We also have a chest freezer. The house has aircon, plus a fan in the lounge.
The room advertised is not furnished. It has built in wardrobes, aircon and timber floors. It's the largest in the house with heaps of windows.

My name is Fraser. I'm 24 (he/him) and work full-time in health (7am-4pm). I'm clean and tidy, usually the first one to rise. My interests are music, running, cooking and spending time with mates!
I live with Kyla. Kyla is 23 (she/her) and works full-time (9am-5pm) in the music industry. Kyla is an excellent cook and loves music (obviously).
Kyla and I live with Spencer. Spencer is 23 (he/him) and works full-time (9am-5pm, mostly from home) in insurance. Spencer loves formula one, golf and the occasional run.
We are quite social as a house but enjoy our alone time. The original set up was two guys, two girls which worked really well.
We love banter, and a beer over the weekend. We'll often head down to the park to kick the footy together, or go for walks along the river. We have a good size garden, perfect for bbq's as we head into summer.
