Hi, my name is Andres. I have one available room for rent, long-term preferably.
Both bedrooms are fully furnished and up for renting. You can choose the one you prefer, bring your bags and move in.
Both bedrooms include a comfortable queen-size bed, built-in wardrobes, block out blinds and 2 side tables with lamps. Main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a small studio, and second bedroom with access to the balcony with stunning views.
About the apartment, it has generous open living areas with floor to ceiling glazing to showcase nice views. Also, a modern kitchen with stone island bench, Bosch stainless steel appliances including gas cooktop, electric oven, and dishwasher. Laundry area with washing machine and clothes dryer.
About the complex: you can find and use a fully equipped gym, sauna, 30m lap pool, BBQ area, sun lounges, and private cabanas on level 5.
There is a Panoramic Sky Deck on level 26 boasting spectacular views of the Brisbane River and City, outdoor movie screen, dining, bench seats, BBQ/kitchen, rooftop garden.
Also, there is free visitor car parking, and a large bike storage room located on Level B1.
Great location, near supermarkets, shops, gyms, RBWH hospital, and 2 blocks away from Bowen Hills train station.
* Car park available for an extra 50 dollars per week.
* Water included in rent. Electricity, Gas, and internet are not.
* I don't worry much about gender and age, but I would prefer someone who works, even if it's part-time.

I stay around 3 nights in the apartment, but then I come up in the Sunshine Coast, so the apartment will be all by yourself a couple of days a week. I bought this unit recently so I’m renting one of the bedrooms and I leave the other one for myself (and my partner). I enjoy social life but also respect personal space. I like dancing, exercising, traveling, going out to a nice restaurant or a club, having a warm chat with flatmates during evenings when we are in the mood, among others.
I don’t expect anything way too different out of the basic coexistence rules:
• Clean common areas after using them, especially the kitchen and the balcony.
• Feel free to use the stove, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine in a smart way to avoid waste, and make sure the appliances are available when we both need them.
• The apartment is fully furnished, and you are welcome to use the dining table, sofa, watch some tv, listen to some music, but avoid get them dirty, or spilling liquids on the furniture.
• Despite you are having your own toilet, keep it clean to avoid mould and bad smells permanently, or deterioration of it.
• Happy to discuss cleaning for the kitchen, floors, dust, etc. We can either hire someone to come and clean on a regular basis, or we take turns on with these domestics.
• Visitors are also welcome, as soon as the guests don’t stay many night very often, which wouldn’t be fair for both of us.
• Be empathetic, kind, and supportive to each other. We are humans, living together, so nothing better to maintain a healthy relationship and be happy.
• In overall, communicate anything you think is affecting your life quality in a respectful way. I consider myself very respectful, assertive, and a good listener.
