The house is a four bedroom, one bathroom home with a separate toilet (we’ve never run into any issues). It’s bright and spacious, featuring air conditioning in every room, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. The communal living area is ideal for relaxing, and the kitchen is well equipped with an oven and 6 burner gas stovetop.
Bills are about $50 per month each, not included in the rent.
We’re in an amazing location in Bowen Hills, just a 10 minute walk to the train station, with easy access to public transport, local cafes, and shops, making it super convenient for commuting or enjoying the area.
We’re a laid back, respectful, and tidy household. Everyone has their own routine, but we enjoy catching up occasionally for a meal, movie, or good chat. It’s a friendly vibe, but we also value personal space and downtime.

Hello Everyone!
We have a room available in our lovely Bowen Hills house from the 1st of January 2025.
We're tucked away on Tufton street, close to Bowen Hills station, 15min walk to Newstead.
5min drive to QUT kelvin grove campus
The house itself is very spacious with a large, light-filled living room, a big kitchen. We have a big backyard with plenty of space for parking with heaps of storage space under the house if you have any big storage items.

Air-con through every room
Toilet and bathroom are separate also!
You'll be living with 4 other housemates: Liv, Elisa, Taylah & Rob (we're a couple). We're very easy-going and very sociable and love to get together for drinks every now and then. We are looking for somebody warm and friendly who wants to be part of our home.
