Description of the home

The property is a 3brm 2bth townhouse, in a complex. I have attached a floor plan which is not the exact townhouse, but is reflective of the layout.

I am looking for someone to take one of the spare rooms I have available, which would include your own bathroom and exclusive use of the garage if you have a car. The room will be UNFURNISHED - the bed pictured is not included.

Each room is a mirror image of the other, just depends on your preference. Both have decent sized built-ins with shelves and there is plenty of storage cupboards throughout the townhouse. Lots of light upstairs, and ducted aircon and ceiling fans in each room.

Rent will be split, as I have the main brm and ensuite (and you will have the garage). If you don’t need the garage we can negotiate a decrease in the rent amount.

You will need to be approved by the real estate, added to the lease and pay bond ($1300). A 12 month lease was signed mid June, so it will be up for renewal around that time next year. I'd love to have someone until then and we can then reassess where we are at.

Bills and expenses

Bills (electricity, internet, water etc) will be split and I usually pay a weekly amount to electricity so the bill isn't huge once it comes, but that can be discussed/sorted out if that doesn't work for you.
