Room available in Student One Elizabeth Street (Students only)
I am looking for someone who can take over my lease in the 6-bedroom apartment located in the center of CBD from 21. November. The contract lasts until 21. December with a possibility of extending the contract. The rent is 289$/week with 4 weeks bond. This is currently cheaper than signing a new contract since they just raised the prices.
This student accommodation has everything you need, including a gym, game rooms, a BBQ and a cinema on the rooftop. You also get access to the other Student one buildings. It takes under 10 minutes to walk to QUT Gardens Point.
The room is furnished with a king single bed, desk, chair, and closet. The kitchen also has everything you need. You will be sharing the bathroom with 1-2 others.
