Hey guys. I am looking for a professional roommate to co-sign on this apartment for 6 months!
I have already lived here for a year but unfortunately my current roommate cannot stay. This apartment is gorgeous and has wonderful views. My previous roommate and I have respected each other and this apartment well and I expect the same from my future roommate.

You have your own bathroom but it is not an en-suite. The apartment is furnished with a designated car space. The apartment has a pool + bbq area, jacuzzi, play room, common room.
Note - this building is a non-smoking building.
