I have recently bought my first house and am looking at renting a room or two out! It's a nice little place with a big backyard! This house is a prized possession of mine, so I'd love to rent out to someone who will treat it with care and respect!

You'll be sharing the house with myself and my gorgeous dog Misty (Kelpie x). Misty is super friendly and loves to run around and get lots of pats. However, she isn't the greatest with other dogs, so unfortunately she has to be the only dog at the house.

I love plant so look forward to there being indoor plants, everywhere you turn! As well more growing in the greenhouse outside!

Outside there is an undercover patio, with plenty of outdoor furniture as well as Misty's bed! This all opens up to a huge green backyard with fruit trees in the corner (lime, lemon and strawberry guava). Help yourself to fruit at anytime, or feel free to bake something with them in the brand new kitchen.

I installed a new modern kitchen when I moved in, it is a small space, but ample to be able to cook up a storm! But it's important that you clean up after yourself.

You'd be sharing the main bathroom with yourself and another potential tenant.

There is air conditioning in the main living area, and brand new celling fans and lights in each room. Both room have built in wardrobes.

Just across the road is a big green reserve, with walking tracks perfect for a keen explorer to take a stroll through! It is a dead end street off a main road, so it is always super quiet and easy to get a park right out the front.
