THE PROPERTY/AMENITIES
- A new modern 3 bedroom / 4 bathroom (toilet on middle floor and ensuite for each bedroom) unit in a quiet area of Bulimba
- Carpeted in the bedrooms, tiling in the bathrooms and wooden flooring throughout the rest of the house
- Heating and cooling system throughout (Each room temp can be controlled individually and simply from an app on your phone or from the Ipad located in the unit…a little bit of fanciness)
- Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and lounge area
- Brand new fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster
- Washing machine
- In-built Miele kitchen appliances (dishwasher, oven, stovetop and rangehood)
- Ample on-street parking
- Garage for storage (however we don’t want an overflow or mess)

- The complex also has a pool and barbecue area

I’ve pretty much started from scratch moving here and have only just slowly started purchasing things so please bare with me on being pretty minimal. Feel free to bring pots, pans, glassware and cutlery if you have or even other furniture. Happy for you to literally decorate the place. A lot of my stuff is currently stuck down in Melbourne too.
