The bedroom comes fully furnished with own queen-sized bed, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom (desk & chair as seen in pictures won't be there). A lovely room with a large window to allow for lots of natural daylight.

The other bedroom in the unit is slightly larger with a larger ensuite so feel free to enquire about that, particularly suitable for couples if wanting a bit more space! :)

A super lovely unit in Bulimba, a popular South Brisbane suburb only 4k from the CBD. The unit was recently refurbished end of 2023 and we have been the only tenants since. The location is great, walkable to everything you need including Woolworths, cafes, gyms & doctors etc. Great transport connections with an 8 min walk to ferry (then 30 min trip to CBD) and 45 min direct bus from the doorstep to Brisbane CBD.

Fully furnished with all kitchen utensils and glassware free to use, TV, sofa, coffee table, dishwasher, washing machine, table and chairs and BBQ on the outside deck (p.s lounge does have cushions just in the wash!).

Beautiful deck area with outside storage as well as a lockable shed and carport at the rear of the property (currently plenty of room).

There is also an option for anyone looking for more room and particularly couples, to move into the main bedroom (with ensuite), it is a larger room, landing onto the deck and a large bathroom and bath. Happy to negotiate depending on preference but price will be increased accordingly.

About the occupants
I'm heading back to the UK so looking for someone to fill the room. You'll be living with my partner, a 26-year-old male who works a 9am-5pm in Brisbane CBD Monday to Friday so will be out during the weekdays. A sociable & easygoing guy, super chilled and enjoys having a few beers with friends or playing golf at the weekends.
