We have a 4 bedroom house in Burpengary close to public transport and shops (10 minute walk) with 2 rooms available for long and short term rent. My 56 year old mother lives in the house by herself. The 2 rooms will have access to the main bathroom and toilet with my mum using her own ensuite. There are 2 cats in the house (my mums pets). No pets, no parties! I will be managing the property but flatmate must respect my mother’s house rules and keep their end of the house clean and tidy. The kitchen can be used but must clean up after yourself. You have your own fridge and pantry plus your own tv room (photo of room with single bed and 2 seater lounge). The house has air conditioners and ceiling fans. Quiet place to relax and unwind, mum is happy to keep to herself in her end of the house (you can have minimal interactions with her if you prefer). Plenty of parking space in the front yard. $250 for one person, $350 for couples.
