Hi. Im Cameron. This is my share house. I manage this property from another city in Qld. Each tenant has different interests so i remind people to respect others personal space.. The house common areas get Cleaned once a month to Maintain the standard I Expect. No lock in contracts. It's a month to month lease with all tenants. If you pay your bills and respect others and go with the flow your welcome to stay as long as you like. If you pay bills late. Leave areas a mess. Harass other tenants or lack common courtesy and respect then you'll likely receive a message from me giving you a 30 Day Notice to Vacate.
