Hey Future housemates 👋🏻

Looking to rent out 2 rooms in my property to the right person / people / little fam. There is your own entry, seperate lounge room & kitchen to use, the main bedroom has a Queen bed, built in robe, chest of draws etc. The second also has a built in robe, a queen bed and a desk. All rooms are fully furnished (bar your own bedding and pillows, if you would like to bring that to keep everything hygienic - that would be great!!!), with the rest of the house inclusive of the lounge room, kitchen etc being fully furnished as well, (although I’ve been told my decorating isn’t that great hahaha, so feel free to sprucen the place up with your own stuff as well 🤪)

There is aircon in the main lounge-room, your own clothes line, a seperate shared Landry, but I will have the bathroom renovation complete - so you will have your own washing machine by the time you move in.

Rooms will be:

- $250 per week each room (slightly negotiable for a small fam or single parent etc, or individual taking both / whole little unit)
- Inclusive of internet & Netflix etc
- Will require 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks advance and some references
- We will split the power & water bills evenly when those bills come in.

Im currently working away (still away for those who’ve applied before - just back home intermittently), so juggling this and having the place ready in my minimal down time is what I’m focusing on, with my last mine run for the year planned to end circa the end of June, early July - so that will be our proposed date for moving in 😊

I’m looking for the right people, someone whom would want to call the place home, mature, 27 or so + I guess would be ideal, working full time, respectful, love animals and looking for a long term 6-12 month place to stay, must love dogs ALOT haha as there are three of the rascals here, and hopefully you like gardening because I hate it hahahahaha. Would be happy to let some or all of the place to the right person / family etc.

No smoking, no pets possible as we do have good crew of pups here - with the little woman 🐶being the boss around these parts. Not after any drama, issues, It’s not a party house, it’s a
