Seeking a clean, tidy and respectful housemate to rent a bedroom in my recently built 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home at Caboolture South. This is a non smoking, no drug household. No pets. If you are genuinely interested please message telling me a bit about yourself and what you are seeking.

Location: Easy access to M1 highway for travel north or south. Woolworths 4 mins, Morayfield shopping centre with Target, Big W, Kmart etc 5 mins, Caboolture Hospital 8 mins.

The rooms are unfurnished, they both have built in mirrored robe, fan, block out and sheer roller blinds. The bathroom has lots of storage with a large vanity and a large shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs including plenty of storage in a built in pantry, fridge with ice and water maker. The open plan living area is a furnished shared living space with dining table for 6 and lounge area with 65 inch TV. Fans throughout.

There is an undercover living area with outdoor lounge for enjoying some time outdoors.

Laundry includes washing machine and dryer and a clothesline outside.

Parking available in the garage for a small car otherwise on street parking.
