The room comes furnished, and I can Include a study desk as well if you like, it has a TV, not brand new or anything but works fine. The mattress and portable aircon can be bought from the previous tenants which I can arrange.

I do smoke medicinal cannabis, however I always make sure it stays well away from others.

Bills are not included, though we can negotiate that for the WiFi.

I have been living here for over a year and although the place has some quirks, it's ultimately a comfortable space.

Looking for someone to take over our half of lease in Camp Hill, move in ASAP.
It's a 2 bed 1 bathroom unit. Bathroom and toilet seperate. Bathroom and laundry combined. Unit is fully furnished including washing machine and dryer. Room can have furniture if required, all you would need is a bed. All bills shared evenly.
Sharing with one guy, quiet and keeps to himself. Rent is $280pw or $300 for a couple. Will need to put in an application and be approved by the realestate. Aircon in the lounge room only, fan in the bedroom. Will be able to park in the garage and the garage in big enough to also store some stuff if required.
