The house is located at the back of a complex opposite a park and there is very little traffic.
The communal areas are fully furnished with appliances too however we can make what you have work as we use the garage as storage.
The living room has A/C and there are 3 pools in the complex.
Buses run regularly along meadowlands road and Minnippi Parklands and Carindale Shops are walking distance away.
We have a small courtyard suitable for entertaining where we hold several plants hostage in an attempt at developing a green thumb!
