Home includes two unfurnished rooms, one with a wardrobe. I don’t really mind which room you take!
Shared bathroom, shared kitchen :)
Large yard and on street parking.
Sadly no air conditioning but we do have a few fancy shell pools to sit in on a hot day :) nice area , really close to carindale shopping centre.

I value a bit of personality and pizazz! I’d love a housemate and hopefully a friend! Living room is a social/common area however I can respect privacy of bedrooms. I look forward to meeting somebody with their own unique quirks to add to the household ( and hopefully an ability to keep plants alive !)
