This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home sits on a corner block and is in a prime location. The house is fully furnished. It is a short walk to Westfield Carindale, there is good public transport options in the area, only 18 minutes drive to BNE airport, 20 minutes drive to the CBD, plus you’re close to the Gateway Mwy, which will connect you to to the Sunshine and Gold Coasts. We are very fortunate with the weekly rent price here. There are townhouses and apartments in this area that are charging more than what we pay here per week.

There are two living areas, two places for you to enjoy company with visitors on the front veranda, plus an area to entertain out the back. We have a furnished spare room with a double bed for friends and family who wish to visit, which is why we’ve always kept the third room as a guest bedroom.

There is a fireplace to keep the house toasty and warm in winter, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms to keep you cool in summer. Plenty of storage space here. I’m looking for someone who is prepared to evenly contribute to housework and garden work. There is a little mowing being a corner block. I have a mower and all equipment needed in the garage, but if you preferred someone to do the gardens on your turn, that’s 100% fine as well. Occasionally, I get someone in when work is busy myself.
