Looking for someone to take over my ex housemates half of the lease. It has just ticked over for a new 12 Months.
(Decided to move in w/GF) Very chill relaxed place. House is 2 stories. I am downstairs and so is the laundry.
Bedroom available is upstairs as is kitchen and lounge room.
1 Car Spot in carport and visitor parking off street available.
Some furniture in the lounge. Happy to share kitchen appliances and utensils. Have two fridges if we need more space than the one that is on.
