We live in a very leafy suburb and live approx 10 min walk to Lake Samsonvale. We have local woolworths approx 3 minute drive and have access to public transport.

About occupants
Both occupants are friends from school. We both work Full time, one is trade based the other is a community worker. Both live active and healthy lifestyles but do enjoy the occasional big night with friends. We do live relatively quiet and individual lives, but do come together on weekends to share a drink or 3. The landlord is the mother of one of the tenants and does come and stay for a day or two about every 6-8 weeks but will stay with female tenant.
