House has small backyard with a patio. There is a very small balcony in the upstairs communal space, just outside the bedroom.
We have cleaners come weekly to clean the shared bathroom, and the common areas.
All rooms are conditioned, excluding the small upstairs communal space which has a ceiling fan. Shared bathroom has a bathtub, laundry has a washing machine and there's ample undercover line space outside.
Off-street parking is limited but negotiable; we have one garage space and 1 (or two at a squeeze) uncovered off street spaces, though we already have two cars in these spaces.
The closest busses are the 425 and P426, ~500m away, and the 427 and 428 on Chapel Hill Rd, ~800m away.

I am Ella, I am a 20 year old teacher's aide. I like to keep to myself, but am often in the kitchen cooking or washing up. I am out of the house most weekdays and visit my parents on the Sunshine Coast one weekend a month. I enjoy gaming, reading, and doing mine and my friends nails.
Fionn, who you will share a bathroom with, is a disabled autistic advocate currently recovering from burnout. They enjoy embroidery and sewing, Minecraft, looking at cool rocks, watching educational stuff, and nerding out about linguistics.
Maddy is a PhD Candidate who is researching parasitic worms. They currently work part-time finalising their PhD research, and on building more support programs for neurodivergent PhD and Masters students. They like to spend their spare time watching TV, hanging out with friends and their doggos, listening to music (especially live music) and caring for their plants.

Description of pets
Maddy owns the two dogs who live here: Luna, a high-energy great dane/border collie and Nova, a prim terrier/mini poodle.
They are cautious of new people but warm up very quickly - especially if there is scratches or play time involved!
