The apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom groundfloor unit in a fantastic location, under 5 minutes from the Chermside Westfeild and bus interchange.
I am looking for a second person to join the lease in replacement of my prior flatmate for at least the remaining period of the lease (until late November), able to discuss extending this for another term.
In addition to the interior features it includes a very large courtyard and sole use of the unit's underground carpark.
The unit is fully furnished asides from the second bedroom, and you would have almost sole use of the main bathroom with myself only using it to do my laundry as this is where the laundry and dryer are located. There is also a study nook outside my bedroom which can be used to work from home and ample space in the living room is you wish to add your own desk/shelving there.

Bills are added into the weekly rent total and cover power/gas, internet, contents insurance, household clearing products and water, including a small amount of contingency for excess should we need to claim on insurance.
They are divided equally but if the property manager does accept two people taking over her portion of the lease costs would be increased to account for another person.
