I’m the one leaving this house unfortunately. The resident (Luke) is a quiet guy who works hard and keeps the place clean. It’s a very comfortable and convenient apartment, Luke is an easygoing roommate, the price is comparatively good - great find!
The kitchen, living area and balcony are furnished. The bedroom has a wardrobe and a desk. The living area has aircon which cools the whole apartment when the doors are open. The bathroom is large with a bath and Luke’s washing machine, which can be shared.
