About occupants
Katrina (the tenant on the lease) is 45, works in HR and moved up from Melbourne with her dog Alfie in July. She works from home 3-4 days per week and like to spend her time exercising at Pilates, walking Alfie, hanging with friends or relaxing by watching TV or reading.

She will mostly cook my own food and has an Airfryer you can use plus there is a great convection oven and stovetop.
She's happy to have a chat or keep to herself.

Tim is a 44 year old Tiler who is staying until March 2025 before he relocates to near Bundaberg. He works away from home 5-6 days/ week and eats out. He enjoys spending time with his sons and playing poker at the weekends and is happy to have a chat.

Alfie is a 4 year old Havanese dog. He’s non-shedding and hypoallergenic. He loves to snuggle and gets along great with all dogs so if you have a non-shedding dog, they are also welcome. He’s very well trained, can walk off leash, only generally goes to the toilet outside the building on the nature strip and loves all people and dogs.
