Hi I have a 4 bedroom house in Collingwood Park the room is unfurnished at the moment but will furnish if required you will have a communal bathroom for guests to wash hands but will be the only one using it also a lounge room with recliners to use very spacious house.the house is 7 min from 2 big shopping centers and 8 min to the local train station. The area doesn't have the best public transport but $10 Uber to the train station
