Cute, spacious 2 story brick rental perched on hill, just behind Whites Hill Reserve, with back deck, parking, large lounge, front sun room views and basic backyard in leafy Coorparoo (inbetween Camp Hill & Greenslopes). New large kitchen (conduction stove/oven), w all general appliances, easy to clean/maintain polished timber floors, 2 x bathrooms, 3 x toilets (so never any line-ups :0 ), air-con lounge.

2 mins walk to Whites Hill Reserve. 5 mins drive to Coorparoo Square (Aldi, Cinema, Cafes, Post Office).
5 mins drive to Woolworths Camp Hill (& other shops/cafes).
Bus stop directly out front of house (15mins direct to Southbank & City)

$: $220 p/week excl utilities (elec/internet/water)
(Unlimited Optus Cable Internet $26 per month each)
(Electricity approx $10 p/wk each)
( + min 2 weeks rent bond )

Ideally looking for 30-40s good fit, long term-ish individuals (focussed/research/working/employed) w possibly ‘similar’ areas/interests (Research, Study, Design/Art/Sport etc), clean, independent, sharehouse experienced, understands & contributes to how they function.
(i.e. maintain clean public areas - kitchen, bathroom, toilet etc etc, bills on time etc etc - u know the drill :0 )
