We just moved into this house about a month ago still unpacking but the brothers who lived with us for about a year just found their own place so it’s time for me to meet new people to share with us!

It is a large 5 Bedroom lowest with ample parking out the front as it faces bushland meaning plenty of off street parking without annoying neighbors, also easy to turn around and bus access is at the end of the street! This house is also in the Stretton College Catchment if you are moving in with children!

The prices advertised do not included bills and is for one person. NOTE: additional $50 per person including bills per week and couples an additional $100 per week.

What you get a fully furnished house with all modern appliance and big TV happy for you to use of everything in the house, so just pack your clothes and move in! Great kitchen full stocked there is also a second large 2 door fridge freezer available for anyone who moves in, as we have our own fridge and chest freezer! Front load washer and dryer the house is fully air conditioned in every room with low maintenance gardens which are easy for those living in house to maintain! The rooms are very generous in size one already has a Queen bedroom the other a double bedroom suite there is a third available if you have your own bedroom furniture.

I currently have the blue room fully furnished with a queen bedroom set of furniture which is black ideal for a couple it also has large built in mirrored wardrobe!

The orange room currently has a beautiful white furniture with double gas lift storage bed which I had planned to move into the smaller green room but can discuss your needs and move rooms around if needed

Outdoor area with large 8 seat wooden table and small grassed area, I also have a large share office with multiple desk and storage also available as, I only use it a bit at night and weekends though the day it is empty most of the time though the week! Two big lounges also furnished with quality pieces! phots to come as I only just moved in less than a month ago and it still is a little chaotic to photograph and still setting up some furniture in bedrooms!

Bills and expenses

Bills to be discussed dependent if it is a couple or a single person moving in and what hours you are at home. Generally they will include Electricity, water and internet for a set amount each week but if the electricity or other spikes due to flatmates not being power conscious we will review be had at the 3 month mark.
