200m to Mowbray park ferry terminal, 250m to local IGA supermarket, chemist coffee shop and resturants. 200m from the Brisbane river and it’s great for walking along the river under the story bridge etc.

We are a couple (male and female) working professionals in Sales and nursing fields both same age, 29.

We have a 10.5 year old French bulldog which is our fur baby, so you must love dogs and not be allergic as he will snuggle up on the couch with anyone!

We both cook every meal at home and are really into healthy lifestyle. When we’re not at work we’re at gym or pilates or walking the dog or up at the rooftop pool getting some sun.

There is also a cinema room and rooftop dining area you can book through our building app.

Our lease is ending end of March so we ideally want someone who is willing to join us on the lease and resign for another 6-12 months.

The apartment and your bedroom is fully furnished with the kitchen being fully equipt to bake a cake, roast a meal, air fry your meals or make rice in the cooker.

This is not a party, drug or smoking house and not willing to allow for pets.

We are very friendly and easy going however we appreciate our housemates to be like minded and tidy after yourself in the kitchen and your bedroom/ bathroom etc.

Electricity & gas is monthly roughly $100 each
Internet we will provide that free of charge to you. Water we pay if it’s over the threshold I believe.
