Sharing with 1A+2c respectful and will keep away from your belongings. 😊 the living areas can be closed off for privacy. Two garden sheds available. Fire pit. 1x Car parking avail plus street parking. No drugs. Must be working. Will need to go in the lease so will need to be approved by the RE. Friendly Property manager. Rent is high I understand but this is a unique place not just one room. The original plan fell through so I need to fill in their part of the tenancy. I like a clean and tidy organised home. Will keep to ourselves most of the time but would also like to know you better. Enjoy the occasional drink socially but not a regular drinker. We are busy with sports on weekends and training during the week. I like to go to the gym most evenings. Easy to get along with. Children are respectful and mostly keep to themselves. Obviously there are chaotic times of the day but it’s not always like that. 😉.
