The apartment has two bedrooms, the one available is the secondary. it's a queen size room (unfurnished) with built in robes and ceiling fan. You do have your own bathroom, however it is also the guest bathroom whenever people are over. We do have a secured car parking space which you are welcome to use if needed.

It is located on the sixth floor, and our balcony is the closest out of any other to the bridge - which means some pretty spectacular bridge, city and river views and makes for a pretty epic River Fire and New Years!! The common spaces are furnished, however if you have any pieces of furniture that you wanted to bring then we can try to work something out.

The complex itself houses an incredible selection of amenities, including a 25 metre lap pool, heated spa, bbq/gazebo area, sauna, impressive gym, library, club room and meeting room. The location couldn't be more convenient, being on the cusp of the city and valley making everything from Howard Smith Wharves, river board walk, transportation, shops, bars and restaurants within a close walking distance.

Bills and expenses

Utility bills consist of electricity (comes every 2 months) and hot water/gas (comes every 3 months)- which are shared equally. I do have Telstra NBN wifi for the apartment which you are welcome use, in which case we would split that one too..

Hey everyone,

My name is Michael and I am a 31 year old single guy working as a Restaurant Manager down on James Street. I work a full-time week over a four day roster (mostly nights). On my days off I am a pretty big creature of habit and either be by the pool getting some rays (if the weather permits) or on the couch, catching up on all my guilty pleasure tv shows on stan and foxtel. On my nights off I am either out somewhere for dinner or staying in and cooking.

I am the father of an adorable little ragdoll cat named Lulu. She is 6 years old and I will shamelessly say, my pride and joy lol. She generally keeps to herself (I reckon she sleeps easily 15 hours a day) and is a very quiet, friendly, placid little cat. If you are allergic, or just don't like cats, then you should definitely keep looking!
