Large bedroom and ensuite in a VERY big 2brm apartment in Fortitude Valley, right next to King st. 2 minute walk to the train station/public transport and the Valley Metro (Woolworths, BWS, Pharmacy, Drs, etc.)
There is 4 months left on this lease with the option to extend if you enjoy living here.
You will be taking over my bedroom and Sharing with Sam, an amazing 25 year old man from the UK who is probably the easiest person I have ever lived with! He will be going to Bali in 4 months time when the lease is up so if you would like to stay and extend the lease you have the option to find your own housemate and take over the apartment.
I own all of the furniture ie: fridge, washing machine, sofa, which I will be selling before I leave so if you have any of these items you will be a priority, otherwise it will be up to you and Sam to replace. If you would like to buy them from me that can be negotiated.
Because of this the apartment is probably best suited to someone who is a permanent resident or plans on staying in Brisbane for sometime and is looking to make a home and has their own furniture/is willing to get.
Option for the room to come with a Queen mattress for an extra $100.
