This apartment is situated between Fortitude Valley and Newstead. It is a clean and tidy unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The complex includes gym and swimming pool.

The house has a great location in the Fortitude Valley/ Neastead area and to the city.

The room will be fully furnished and you will have your own bathroom located beside your room.

I am Korean, and I enjoy people, nature, and animals. I sometimes play the piano without disturbing others and don’t cook often. When I’m at home, I usually study or watch movies on my phone or iPad. I love traveling, but my schedule keeps me quite busy. On weekdays, I usually get home after 6 PM, and on weekends, I sometimes take on shift work. When I do cook, I like to share, and I enjoy having friendly conversations now and then.
Compatible people
I work full-time, so I’d appreciate it if no cooking is done after 9 PM. Simple microwave meals are fine, but I’d prefer no loud noise or talking. I value cleanliness, quietness, and mutual respect among housemates, and I expect the same in return.
